Eligibility for Returns 

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

  • Include the item’s original packaging, tags, and labels when returning it. 
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way cannot be returned. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support team during this period to initiate a return. 
  • Items not adhering to these conditions will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 
Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to sindbadedgesystemspvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue to help us process your request faster. 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions 
After approval, detailed steps for returning your item will be provided. 

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Our team will update you on whether your refund has been accepted or declined. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A notification confirming the transaction will be sent to your registered email. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it promptly.
